There are four things required to complete your application to the Tucson Celtic Festival
* Application, completed
* Payment on Approval (check, money order payable to Tucson Celtic Festival Association or “TCFA” or secure online payment)
* Agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement (Below)
* Liability Insurance Certificate ($1,000,000 with TFCA, PO Box 40665, Tucson, AZ 85717 named as “Additionally Insured” and Certificate Holder
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for obtaining & bringing a valid Pima County Health Permit and City of Tucson Special Event Permit.

Receipt of signed forms does not constitute acceptance by TCFA. You will receive notification of such acceptance with payment instructions If you are accepted and cancel after October 15th, fees are non-refundable.
